Online & Wholesale Sales Co-Ordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join the Brie Leon family.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated and passionate about providing a genuine service experience for all Brie Leon customers.

This is a full time permanent position. 

DUTIES

You will be responsible for all incoming sales within Brie Leon. Ensuring that all activities (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Inventory Management and Warehouse Fulfilment) are performed accurately, to a high standard and in a timely manner. Support management in achieving their objective for continual growth towards sales targets. Manage workflow processes and monitoring progress on specific tasks. Provide resolution to operational problems. Contribute insights into the strategic direction whilst understanding e-commerce and wholesale processes.

The position will also be responsible for the following key areas:

    • Customer service / email enquiries
    • Daily management of stock for online and wholesale
    • Order packing for both online and wholesale orders
    • Develop strategies to increase staff productivity
    • Assisting in collection handover to sales agents
    • Sales Reporting and understanding budgets and sales targets
    • Managing faulty product if required

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

    • Previous sales experience, preferably in retail
    • Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
    • Proven ability to achieve sales & KPI’s 
    • Extensive knowledge of Sales and relationship techniques
    • Knowledge of retail and wholesale operations
    • Strong knowledge of excel and reporting functions
    • Understanding of Shopify Ecommerce, JOOR and Xero
    • Knowledge of all inventory related procedures within the business
