Sample Sale Terms
Before purchasing through our sample sale, please note the following:
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched
- No refund or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE
- Please only select pick-up if you are free to come into our studio in Marrickville. We do not offer free postage through pick-up. Regular postage is $8.95 and Express is $12.95 within Australia, International postage is $25AUD.
- There may be a delay on emails and messages due to the high influx of orders.
- We are unable to combine postage on separate orders.
- Once dispatched we are not responsible for any postage delays or issues.
Shipping & Delivery Options
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
Regular delivery within Australia costs $8.95 (usually 3-7 working days depending on location) and NOT with signature on delivery.
Express delivery within Australia costs a flat rate of $12.95 per parcel (usually 1-2 working days depending on location) and NOT with signature on delivery.
Please note your postcode may not fall under next day delivery service for Express Post (usually for rural suburbs). In this case we will agree to use the most convenient way for delivery (see parcel delivery timelines here auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-times)
Order parcels are dispatched from our office within 1- 2 business day and shipping times are estimated depending on the shipping address. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days via email to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Once parcels are listed ‘DELIVERED’ through Australia Post tracking, we will no longer be held responsible for any parcels claimed lost. Signature on delivery is sometimes available for orders with the total content value over $250.
International Shipping - Lightweight parcel up to 5kg is a flat rate of $25aud. Medium weight parcels between 5-10kg is a flat rate of $35aud. International orders can usually take up to 14 business days for most countries to arrive, but can take up to 3 weeks with some. Within our discretion we may choose to use a more convenient delivery service (such as DHL) for some orders only. We do not take responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your Billing and Shipping address as we are unable to reroute packages. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
Pick-up from Marrickville
Pick-up from our Marrickville (NSW) Studio is available for customers that live near by. The studio is only open for pick-ups Thursdays and Friday between 8:30-5pm.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If in any case you are not 100% happy when you receive your product, we will happily refund or exchange your full priced purchase under the condition the item has not been worn or damaged, and is in its original packaging.
We do not offer refund or exchange on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
We do not offer refund or exchange sale items.
These standard trading terms apply to all purchases made on brieleon.com. We reject any terms proposed that vary or add to our trading terms. Decisions made by Brie Leon will stand as final. Action for returns will not be made until the item arrives back to our office.
Product Issues and Faults
If you have any issues with your product we will gladly repair any item within the first 6 months of purchase. Please email email@example.com with your order details for proof of purchase and the fault/issue.
If you lose one of your earrings we are happy to replace it. For further details please contact us via email.
Organising a refund, exchange or credit note:
After noting the above, kindly contact us within one week of receiving your item for a return authorisation number. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the return authorisation number is given to the customer, the item must be returned back to Brie Leon within 2 weeks of the purchase date at the purchaser's own expense.

Brie Leon will not cover postage costs for any exchange or refund unless classified as faulty. For any exchange the purchaser will be re-billed a further $12.95 Australia-Wide or $25 International, along with additional instructions prior to shipping.
Store credit may be issued at the purchaser’s request. Through personal correspondence we will arrange a credit code for the customers use only with the value of the item being credited. Store credits will last one year from date of issue. Items bought with store credit will be handled like any regular order made.
You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.

Brie Leon offers direct returns on items purchased at any of our stockists. Please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your contact details, proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Care & Sizing
To look after your Brie Leon pieces, we recommend keeping the jewellery away from water, chemicals, perfume, steam and anything that might scratch or mark it.
We recommend removing jewellery before showering, exercise and swimming.
Store jewellery away from the sun in a cool, dry place.
Clean your jewellery by wiping with a soft cloth. Do not use any chemical jewellery cleaners as this might scratch or remove the gold plating.
To care for your bag we recommend keeping it away from strong chemicals and anything that may scratch or mark it. Wipe clean with warm water with a little, very mild, detergent. Store the bag away from the sun and heat in a cool, dry place.
