Brie Leon has a new career opportunity for a Stock & Logistics Coordinator to support our business. This role will be based at our beautiful new Head Office in Newtown, Sydney NSW
Reporting to senior management, this position will manage all stock and logistic operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly, and in a timely manner. You will also support the team on ad hoc projects, data analysis and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Day to day warehouse operations - pick packing wholesale/online orders with the assistance of our warehouse/customer service assistant and other casuals
- Coordinate domestic and international freight/dispatch for wholesale and customer orders
- Timely support on wholesale/customer distribution, actioning transport claims (damaged/lost in transit) with our Brand Manager and Customer Service assistant
- Stock and inventory management - data entry for incoming deliveries, monitoring stock levels, facilitating and actioning stocktake, stock transfers and stock rebalancing/adjustments.
- Coordinate, manage & monitor inbound sea/air freight stock from supplier (from China) - providing necessary import/export documentation and preparing warehouse/secondary warehousing.
- Assist in reduction of lead-time and optimise delivery performance and communicating delivery updates/alerts with sales & design team
- Assisting the Director, Brand Manager and Design in testing and updating systems and providers to maximise utilisation and process efficiency.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in logistics service, retail, supply chain or related industry.
- Experience with international and 3rd party logistics/freight providers
- Very strong analytical and organisation skills.
- Excellent communicator and computer skills in Excel and ideally (but not mandatory) in Shopify.
- Understanding of customer and wholesale dispatch procedures - Shopify/or similar, SPS Fulfilment, delivery providers (Australia Post, DHL, Couriers)
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic
- High aptitude for numbers & data and solid attention to details getting into the nitty gritty
- Uses effective negotiation skills to reach great solutions and outcomes.
- Drivers license/car ideal
