Jewellery Care: keep jewellery dry at all times. Avoid contact with chemicals and salt water. After each wear, wipe with a soft clean cloth and store in a dry place to prevent tarnish or discolour.
Bag Care: keep bag away from strong chemicals and anything that may scratch or mark it. Simply dust or wipe clean with a damp lint free cloth. Steer clear from any leather care products as our bags are sensitive to oils and waxes. Store away from the sun and heat in a cool, dry place.
Re-plating Service: if by chance you wish to re-plate your jewellery piece between 6-12 months after purchasing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase. This includes items purchased at one of our stockists.
Brass Care: brass will naturally patina over time, but we think this is part of its charm. Depending on your skin type, your piece may leave a green tint with wear. We recommend avoiding water, oils and sweat. You're welcome to coat the inside with clear nail-polish for added safeguarding. Polish with you jewellery cloth as much as you desire.

Free express postage is offered on orders over $100 within Australia. Postage is through Australia Post and all orders will receive tracking.
Regular domestic postage is $8.95 (3-7 days*) and express is $12.95 (1-3 days*).
