MOODBOARD & BTS
BY THE WATERS EDGE | MOOD & PROCESS

Drawn to the quiet beauty of waterside landscapes, we gathered references that spoke through texture, form and atmosphere. A softened leather edge. The grain of aged timber. Reflections across still water. Objects that become more meaningful with time. Together, they formed the visual language of this collection, guiding every decision from fabrication to final silhouette.

PREVIEW THE COLLECTION

The studio is where observations begin to take shape. Ideas move between materials, colour and form, each informing the next. Swatches are gathered, palettes evolve and sketches are redrawn as proportions shift and details are refined.

Design is rarely a linear process. It unfolds through testing, questioning and returning to an idea until it feels resolved. A strap is adjusted. A curve is softened. A colour is revisited in a different material. These small iterations are often the ones that define the finished piece.

For By the Water's Edge, the collection gradually emerged through this rhythm of refinement. Guided by material, shaped by function and grounded in the quiet simplicity that inspired it.

Before the final images, there is everything that comes before it. The quiet preparation. The changing light. The movement of hands. Small moments that shape the atmosphere as much as the photograph itself. Rather than documenting the collection, the campaign became an extension of it —allowing the landscape, the pace of the day and the people behind the camera to inform the final imagery. These are the details that remain unseen, yet are felt in every frame.
