Shipping policy

Regular delivery within Australia costs $12.95 AUD (usually 3–7 business days depending on location) and does not include signature on delivery. Express delivery within Australia costs a flat rate of $19.95 AUD per parcel (usually 1–2 business days depending on location). This option is FREE for orders over $250 AUD and does not include signature on delivery. Please be aware your postcode may not fall under the next-business-day delivery service for Express Post (particularly in rural areas). Orders are dispatched from our office within 1–2 business days, and delivery times are estimates depending on the shipping address. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days via email to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
If your parcel is marked as 'DELIVERED' through Australia Post tracking but cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist with an enquiry. Signature on delivery may be available for orders valued over $250 AUD

International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout. We offer FREE Express Shipping on international orders over $500 AUD.
International delivery typically takes 3–20 business days depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses, as we are unable to reroute parcels once dispatched. Customs duties and import taxes are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.
