FIT NOTES

Our footwear is designed to fit true to size unless otherwise noted on the products. As fit can vary slightly depending on the silhouette, construction and material, we recommend referring to the individual product page for any style-specific sizing notes.

If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.

TRYING ON YOUR FOOTWEAR

When trying on your Brie Leon footwear for the first time, we recommend doing so indoors on a clean, soft surface. Take a few steps to ensure the length, width and overall fit feel comfortable before wearing outdoors.

Natural materials may soften and adapt slightly with wear, however footwear should feel comfortable and secure from the outset.

CARE

To preserve your Brie Leon footwear, store each pair in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, oils and harsh chemicals. If your footwear becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat. For material-specific care, refer to the care information provided on the individual product page.

When not in wear, we recommend storing footwear in its original dust bag or box to help protect the finish and maintain its shape.

RETURNS

If the fit isn't quite right, eligible footwear can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Footwear must be unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please ensure footwear is only tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface, as marked soles or signs of wear may make an item ineligible for return.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items (excluding our welcome discount) or earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

Taxes and duties for international orders are included in our shipping costs.
