This piece is finished with a layer of 925 sterling silver, applied over a durable base metal to achieve the bright, refined look of solid silver. The plating process creates a smooth, polished surface while maintaining strength and longevity.

Remove jewellery before showering, exercise and swimming to avoid any contact with water or steam which will cause damage and discolouration to the piece. Clean your jewellery by wiping with a soft cloth, do not apply extensive pressure or rub it as this could take off the gold plaiting over time. Do not use any chemical cleaners on your pieces.
Plated Jewellery
Most of our pieces are gold plated with 925 sterling silver base or brass base. Plated jewellery allows us to be able to purchase and treasure amazing pieces at a more affordable price than solid gold. However as it is plated it is more fragile to knocks, scratches and substances. It is natural for jewellery to tarnish and wear over time however extra care should be taken when wearing, storing and handling your jewellery to prolong its life.

Keep your jewellery stored in a cool and dry place. Avoid any contact with sunlight to avoid extreme heat or moisture build up, store your pieces separately to ensure they don’t scratch, mark or tangle. Our jewellery boxes are designed with sustainability in mind and are great for protection however they shouldn’t be used for storage due to rye nature of the material being able to retain moisture and discolour or tarnish the pieces.

All Australian orders are delivered via AusPost, with tracking details provided via email. We offer free regular shipping for orders over $250 AUD

EXPRESS POST $14.95 AUD Express delivery within Australia usually takes 1-2 working days depending on location and not with signature on delivery. Please be aware your postcode may not fall under next day delivery service for Express Post (usually for rural suburbs).
INTERNATIONAL
International orders can usually take up to 14 business days for most countries to arrive, but can take up to 3 weeks with some. International Express postage is a flat rate of $45AUD and can take 2-6 business days between major metro areas. Within our discretion we may choose to use a more convenient delivery service (such as DHL) for some orders only. We do not take responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your shipping address as we are unable to reroute packages. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. RETURNS & REFUNDS

If in any case you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 14 days of purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund or store credit voucher under the condition the item has not been worn or damaged and is still in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items (excluding our welcome discount) or earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
We are also unable to refund Gift Vouchers if they have been already issued to the receiver.
Brie Leon will not cover postage costs for any refund or exchange unless classified as faulty.
PRODUCT ISSUES OR FAULTS
If you have any issues with your product we will gladly assist you within the first 12 months of your purchase. Please kindly notify us via email at info@brieleon.com, along with your order details for proof of purchase (items must be purchased directly from us) and the fault/issue. Photographic proof of the fault will assist with the process.
